Terms and Conditions Fagabet — A Complete Guide for Malaysia Users

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and fagabet ("we", "Platform", or "fagabet") regarding the use of all services, games, and features provided through the fagabet website and mobile app.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the fagabet platform, you expressly or implicitly agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the fagabet platform.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use fagabet services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration
• Being an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not located in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts online gambling activities
• Not previously banned or excluded, voluntarily or involuntarily, from any gambling platform
• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process

Fagabet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that fail to verify eligibility may be suspended until verification is complete. Registrations using false or misleading information constitute a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

03 User Account

Each individual is only permitted to have one fagabet account only. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, or other details — is prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential
• Ensuring no other party accesses or uses your account
• Notifying fagabet immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account
• Keeping your account information up to date and accurate at all times
• All activity occurring under your account, including any financial losses

Fagabet is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

04 Deposits & Payments

Fagabet supports multiple payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, local bank transfers, and Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay). The minimum deposit amount is RM10.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. fagabet does not accept third-party deposits. By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• Funds deposited are your own and have been obtained legally
• You are not using borrowed, stolen, or unlawfully obtained funds
• The payment method used must be in your own name

05 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request. fagabet does not charge any fees for withdrawals. Processing time is between 30 minutes and 4 hours for most methods, depending on the selected method and the time the request is submitted.

Withdrawal conditions that must be observed:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding the specified limit
• Any associated bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be made
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your fagabet account
• Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 may require additional verification in accordance with standard compliance procedures

06 Bonuses & Promotions

General terms applicable to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Multiple accounts — owning more than one fagabet account
• Money laundering — using the fagabet platform to process illegally obtained funds
• Hacking and bug exploitation — using third-party software, automated bots, or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Payment fraud — using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorized credit cards or bank accounts
• Collusion in gameplay — colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Threats or harassment — harassing, threatening, or behaving rudely toward staff or other members

09 Account Closure

You may close your fagabet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal.

Fagabet reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Member violates any provision of these Terms
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading
• There is an instruction from the relevant authority to close the account

In the event of account closure due to fraud or a breach of these Terms, fagabet reserves the right to withhold the balance in that account while an investigation is conducted.

Fagabet operates to the highest industry standards to ensure platform availability; however, we cannot guarantee a fully uninterrupted service. In cases of disruption caused by technical issues on our end, fagabet will take reasonable steps to resolve the problem and cover any direct losses incurred by members as a result.

12 Amendments & Enforcement

Fagabet reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these Terms at any time. When significant changes occur, members will be notified via:

• Email to the address registered on your account
• Notices displayed on the login page

Your continued use of the fagabet platform after any amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the appropriate arbitration or court process.
